My child fell on a rock climbing wall and broke his arm at school. After looking at the wall, there is no kind of protection around it if they fall.

1Yes, there should have been some padding or something, but I'm pretty sure that the only way you could get some compensation here is to take the district to court. I wouldn't reccomend that, though.
I'm a student in Missouri, and every year so far they've made the parents sign waivers in case something like this would happen. You're just about out of luck. Sorry.
